Order Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel an order, please follow these simple steps:

2. Access Your Order History

3. Select the Order to Cancel

4. Initiate Cancellation

5. Provide Reason

6. Confirm Cancellation

Otherwise you can simply call to our hotline number and give us your order number. You also can text us on Facebook. Then we will review your cancellation request and confirm the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy Details:

·         You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has already been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

·         Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days using the same payment method you used to place the order.

·         Any delivery charges associated with the canceled order will not be refunded, unless the cancellation is due to a mistake on our part. It only possible if the product is not shipped, then we will return the advance payment.

In the event of a cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that the order has been canceled.
