Exchange Policy

Customer-Requested Exchanges:

If you receive a product and decide that it doesn't meet your expectations or simply doesn't suit your preferences, you have the option to exchange it. However, please note the following:

     You must initiate the exchange process within 7 days from the date of delivery.

     If the exchange request is due to your choice or a change of preference, you will be responsible for covering the delivery charge associated with the exchange.

 

Fashion Field's Responsibility:

If the reason for exchange is a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item, Fashion Field will take full responsibility. In such cases:

We will cover the delivery charge for the exchange.


General Exchange Guidelines:

     The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

     Please ensure that the item is unworn and unused.

 

Important Note:

Exchanges must adhere to the 7-day timeframe mentioned above. After this period, exchange requests will not be applicable.
